Setting Up a New WashWatch System

When the WashWatch system is fully installed, all probes in use are connected, the temperature sensor is in place, and the signal light is flashing you are ready to program the unit. A WashWatch will not function until it has been set up. You can do this from anywhere with a cell phone signal and it will take about 30 minutes so find somewhere comfortable.

Setting up a WashWatch involves sending text messages to the unit to let it know what information to use. You must use the exact format shown. Every text has four components.

  1. A value name which always starts with a capital letter
  2. the “equals” sign
  3. The value you want to enter
  4. A semicolon which tells the system where the value stops

YOU MUST WAIT FOR AN ANSWER AFTER EACH TEXT
